This is really good and easy too

    Quick Peanut Butter Fudge
    1/3 C. margarine
    1/2 C. light corn syrup
    3/4 C. peanut butter
    1/2 t. salt
    1 t. vanilla extract
    4-1/2 C. sifted confectioners sugar
3/4 C. chopped dry roasted peanuts

Combine margarine, corn syrup, peanut butter, salt and vanilla in large bowl. Gradually stir in sugar. Turn onto board and knead until well blended and smooth. Add nuts while pressing and kneading into candy. Press out with hands or rolling pin into an one-half inch thick square. Cut into pieces.
Be who you are and say what you feel, those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I have made the Fantasy Fudge on the back of the Kraft Marshmellow Kreme jars for over 20 years. It's about fool-proofed. You can substitue any bag of chips. I have used chocolate, peanut butter, white chocolate, butterscotch. Add coconut, walnuts, almonds, raisins, etc. Use your imagination for whatever flavors you like. Yummy

I have the easiest recipe. You take a bag of the chocolate chip/peanut butter chips and add 1 tbsp of shortening. Microwave on high for one minute then stir. Microwave on high for another 45 seconds and stir, if it still needs more then another 45 seconds and it should not need more after that. Stir in chopped nuts if you like them and pour into 8x8 pan. Cool and refrigerate. These are good!
