    Callwave change

I do not like it at all. I like to hear my messages and get off and call them back if I want to. sheesh, you can't even hear a message without clicking "take call" then it disconnects internet. I don't want the trial period at all.Anybody know how to get it back to normal? lol This sux I think.
    just nod and grin....

That was the WORST feature ever. I couldn't get it to work right for anything. Then again now that my free trial is over I get a stupid pop up every time it rings asking me if I miss that feature. Can we say NO?

I just bought a new v92 modem off ebay that will let me make and take calls while on the net and canceled my call wave. When I told them I didn't want the call wave anymore they gave me 6 months of the basic call wave free

Well, I guess I'll call and cancel also if I can't get out of this trial because it just ain't a good thing dagnabbit. I took it to mean I could listen to my call and if it was important I could click take call and phone would ring....I get frozen up and disconnected on this darn puter enough without disconnecting every time phone rings. One of those "leave well enough alone" things I believe. Have nice evenings all

    sorry you're having such problems.
if you don't want to take the call but have them leave a message, you shouldn't have to do anything.

I like the new feature. Hubby has called several times and I've taken the call with no problem, or if it's a bill collector, i can still hear their rediculous message.
hubby thinks the "take the call" feature is col, but he said we don't needit after the free trial, we'll just use the "he leaves a message, i click off the net and call him" method.

I have call wave, I love that it has the caller ID on it. THe ONLY reason I have it is becuase I have our only vehicle through the day and when hubby's ready to get off of work, he calls and i get him. That way I get the call right then and he doesnt have to wait around.
