I Just Realized .. Today is..
or I should say was my moms 61st birthday! So Happy Birthday to you Mom .. I am sure you are up there getting the last laugh on all of us .. lol.
They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them. Distance and time may separate us but friendship and memories won't.

Hey I think I just happen to have a German Chocolate under the counter .. lol. Her favorite was carrot and I did have one, but made it for my nephews birthday .. hint .. if you make a carrot box cake, DON'T eat the batter .. lol .. I thought I was going to break my teeth! .. Very crunchy.
Edited to add: I just checked and no German Chocolate, but I DO have carrot cake, so I am going to make it .. Should I let my 3 year old lick the spoon .. lmao .. she will ask and she won't believe me that it is ucky!Last edited by MistyWolf; 10-23-2003 at 05:36 AM.

Carrot with cream cheese frosting ..
