i use to hold mine until i was about to overflow, but it caught up with me...i ended up having to have a bladder tack done....needless to say i dont hold it anymore, been lucky with the stones though, never had one YET.

Thanks for the info. I was just sitting here thinking I needed to go, but kept clicking on "just one more thread". This is good incentive to not put it off.
