BUT I liked having a unique name. Made me feel different and special, kinda. So there are two sides to the coin.
That's how my son feels about his name. Everyone tells him what a strong name he has, and how unique it is, and he loves the attention he gets for it.
I used to like my name because I didn't know anyone else with the same name, but now that I see so many women with the name Julie, I don't appreciate it as much as I used to.

my oldest daughters name is Kera-Lynn and there are no others with that name in her grade. my youngest is Katelin and I know of at least 2 others who are the same age as her.
My name is Roberta and I have only met one other person with the same name.

cch-my son's name is Cameron. I vote for "Cameron Lucas"!! lol I thought it was a pretty unusual name, not too many of them around, but it seems like every time we go shopping, we here someone hollering at "Cameron" and it's not our boy, lol.
