Under NO circumstances send them this information. I received something similar a while ago and sent it to e-bay. I told them my credit card information was just fine. They wrote back and said the e-mail was not from them.

that letter WAS from them....wrote & answered 3 times

    1-the decline letter I posted

wrote back & said my bank has u pending in my system....no reason to be denied

2-o-well then credit card has been removed

wrote back no it has not been removed....nothing has changed in over 3 years

    3- o-well-credit card is expired

    wrote back wrong

    finally called

worthless....all they do is refer you to online pages

    long story short
for no reason they can explain I had to re-submit everything...now we'll see how long verification takes.

whew....such fun for no reason lol
In over 3 years nothing like this has happened and I see it as no coincidence it happened AFTER I changed my email (dropped aol) I guess I should have expected it not to go smooth!!!

I can't believe they say they will NEVER ask you for account & password info in an email and yet they did just that!! I still didn't trust the email links & went directly to the secure sign on

lesson learned....no easy way to fix ebay probs!!
