need ideas for Over the Hill party Gift

my male cousin whom I am not too close with is turning 40 and having a surprise birthday party on Saturday. the gag is he is 40 over the hill theme.
what is not too nasty, immature, or corny to get him
**keep in mind the party will be held at his Church's Banquet hall about 60 people are invented mostly older people

so give me the idea's I got about 3 days and not a huge budget up $40.00 or so.

He'll probably get plenty of "gag" gifts so if it was me I'd buy him something that he might need/want. A nice giftcertificate for car washes, movies, McDonalds....etc. Have fun at the party!

For my friend that turned 40 this year I put a big sign in the yard w/the balloons and stuff telling all that she was 40. How I had it was the balloons on the porch . . . she saw that . . . . but it wasn't til later when she found the sign. (I put it next to some shrubs and she didn't see it from the top of her porch) That was cool.

My bil just turned 50 and he got a bunch of gag gifts. Most of them wouldn't be appropriate for your party though LOL!! He did get some prunes. LOL!!

(RIGHT BY RED ROBINS) THEY ALWAYS HAVE GREAT STUFF
FOR GAG GIFTS. STUFF THATS HAS THE AGE ON IT.

When a friend of ours turned 50 we bought a cheap cane. Then we went to Walmart and got an "ooga" horn, turn signals, bicycle streamers, rearview mirror, mini license plate. Hubby had so much fun gluing and taping and clamping stuff to the cane. Everyone wanted one.
