Jan 4 was 8 months for me smoke free....no cheats, tons of money saved etc.
I smoked for 32 years, used to defend my rights as a smoker to the hilt. NEVER thought I would say I was a non smoker..lol

January 11th marked one year for me of being smoke-free!!! I had a massive heart attack on that day one year ago and had to have a double bypass done. So I quit cold turkey, wasnt easy but it can be done with alot of support and determination! I drank alot of water which helped ward off the cravings big time!!!
A freebie a day, keeps the doctors away!!!!

I quit 3 and a half years ago. Was a 2 pack+ a day smoker and quit cold turkey!! IT CAN BE DONE! I am living proof!

Wow, I haven't posted on here in soooo long...Hope everyone is still doing great
As for me::::
One year, five months, one week, two days, 21 hours, 48 minutes and 14 seconds. 31674 cigarettes not smoked, saving $4,355.59. Life saved: 15 weeks, 4 days, 23 hours, 30 minutes.
Those stats are for me and my hubby...I am so proud of both of us..We are NON-SMOKERS!!!!!!
