SOLUTION TO PROTESTORS, LOOTERS, FIRE BOMBERS, POLICE BAITERS

Bring in the big fire fighting planes and unload bucket after bucket of cold water on them. No one will stand outside in cold weather soaking wet, just to steal liquor or boost some beauty products. Better yet, add some fluorescent solution to that cold water so the police can track their glow-in-the-dark thieving asses and put them in jail where lawbreakers belong.

America - is a nation based on law.. law is a process.. the Ferguson incident went through the process as described by law. The Grand Jury was selected in May- for their period of service. The incident occurred in August. Therefore - any allegations that the grand jury was stacked, can not be logically made.. The process was followed, the determination was made. I score this as a victory for the American people. The haters - need to get over it.

President Obama Just Gave One of the Most Ironic Statements of All-Time on the Ferguson Decision

By Kyle Becker - 10 hours ago

The President discussed the Ferguson ruling and urged peace. Then he said “First and foremost, we are a nation built on the rule of law.”

President Obama should have just done a mic-drop and walked away at that point. A nation of laws? This coming from a president who has just decided to write his own laws on immigration? This has to be one of the most ironic opening lines to a speech in presidential history.

When SNL is nailing you for lawlessness, the word is out that you’re defying the nation’s laws. You keep doing what you’re doing, Mr. President.

Watch Eric Holder Warns Law Enforcement To Keep Their Hands Off Ferguson Protesters.
Amy Elizabeth Peake Nov 21, 2014

Ahead of the grand jury in Ferguson announcing whether it will indict a police officer for killing a man in Ferguson, Missouri, Attorney General Eric Holder has released a video announcement telling law enforcement to behave.

“The Justice Department encourages law enforcement officials, in every jurisdiction, to work with the communities they serve to minimize needless confrontation,” Holder says.

“Over the past few months, we’ve seen demonstrations and protests that have sought to bring attention to real and significant underlying issues involving police practices, implicit bias, and pervasive community distrust. And in most cases, these demonstrations have been both meaningful and responsible, and have brought vital issues to the attention of the public at large,” the top cop says in a video.

“I know, from first-hand experience, that demonstrations like these have the potential to spark a sustained and positive national dialogue, to provide momentum to a necessary conversation, and to bring about critical reform

Obama Pressured Missouri Governor to Make National Guard Troops STAND DOWN While Ferguson Burned

By Brian Hayes on November 25, 2014

Dozens of businesses were looted, burned, or destroyed in Ferguson last night. Hundreds of gunshots were fired by so-called “protesters”. But despite mobilizing the National Guard for more than a week in preparation for this expect chaos, Gov. Jay Nixon (D) told them to stand down.

Ferguson Mayor James Knowles told FOX 2 reporters late on Monday night that he had repeatedly pleaded with the Governor’s office to deploy the the National Guard Monday night… But his requests were “completely ignored”: http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2014...sponded-video/

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3cNQ...layer_embedded

On Tuesday morning Missouri Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder put forward what people in St. Louis are all asking today: Did the Obama administration lean on Governor Nixon to tell the National Guard to stand down?

“He (Governor Nixon) declared a State of Emergency almost a week ago and mobilized the National Guard. Then they were kept away at the crucial time while Ferguson burned…

We know they were kept away because they did not come in and stop that from the get-go. They were deployed in other parts of the St. Louis region… Why were they not in there at the first sign of an overturned police car or a smashed police car window with a show of force that would have stopped this?

Here’s my question that the governor must answer – Is the reason that the National Guard was not in there because the Obama Administration and the Holder Justice Department leaned on you to keep them out? I cannot imagine any other reason why the governor who mobilized the National Guard would not have them in there to stop this.”

Was this what Obama meant when he took to the airwaves before the riots to demand “police restraint”?

And Obama was not the only Administration official to put pressure on Nixon. DW Ulstermann reports on how Attorney General Eric Holder also demanded that Troops stand down:

Eric Holder was reportedly upset the Missouri Governor announced a State of Emergency days before the Darren Wilson Grand Jury decision was announced, and adamant there would be no National Guard soldiers patrolling the streets of Ferguson. (A decision that in more “normal” time would be left to the governor to decide)

More off the record reports indicate Holder’s office made a number of angry calls to Governor Nixon expressing the administration’s displeasure at what they viewed to be a too strong response to the threat of rioting.

Therefore, on the night of the rioting the National Guard soldiers were nowhere to be found in Ferguson, and the city was left to burn, all courtesy of Eric Holder and the Obama White House.
So Obama and Holder told police to stand down, but told the protesters a week ago to “stay the course.” Should we really be surprised with the mayhem that resulted last night?

Michael Brown’s Step-Father Incited Protesters To ‘Burn This B*tch Down’ After Grand Jury Decision
By Brian Hayes on November 25, 2014

Shocking video from after the St. Louis County Grand Jury’s decision last night showed Michael Brown’s stepfather inciting the mob surrounding them to burn the city down.

“Burn this b-tch down!” Brown’s step-father, Louis Head, yelled into a raucous crowd in front of Ferguson police headquarters Monday night as St. Louis County prosecutor Bob McCulloch announced the grand jury’s decision not to indict.

Head was with Brown’s mother Lesley McSpadden, who yelled at police “they think this is a f-cking joke!”

“Everybody want me to be calm,” she yelled. “Do you know how them bullets hit my son?”

“Nobody had to live through what I had to live through,” she said. “But y’all want to come with y’all f-cked up -ss comments.”
Head, who was wearing a white shirt with Brown’s picture on it, briefly consoled McSpadden as she cried after the Grand Jury decision was announced, but then angrily turned to the crowd to began yelling “Burn this b-tch down!” 10 times, even asking for a microphone to broadcast it more widely.

    And so they did.

Over a dozen businesses completely destroyed, with the Fire Department having to put out “25 structural fires” in Ferguson in one night alone.

    WATCH (Language warning):

So will Head face incitement charges?

Don’t be silly. Obama’s racial darlings are immune from the law. Which is why McSpadden herself has not been charged for assault and battery for her involvement in the beating of Michael Brown’s cousin and grandma for daring to sell “Hands up, Don’t Shoot” T-shirts without her permission.

Here is Mother Thug herself Ms. McSpadden’s lovely sentiments last night. You can see the apple didn’t fall far at all.

Brown family blasts prosecutor's handling of case
By JIM SALTER and DAVID A. LIEB, Associated Press 4 hrs ago

FERGUSON, Mo. — Missouri's governor ordered more National Guardsmen into Ferguson on Tuesday to keep order after a night of violence over the grand jury decision in the police shooting of Michael Brown, as attorneys for the Brown family blasted the authorities' handling of the case.

Smoke billowed from burned-out Ferguson businesses on Tuesday and glass littered the sidewalks from display windows that were smashed during the protests that erupted after it was announced that police Officer Darren Wilson wouldn't be indicted for killing Brown on Aug. 9.

Monday night's protests were far more destructive than any of those that followed Brown's death, with more than a dozen businesses badly damaged or destroyed. Authorities reported hearing hundreds of gunshots, which for a time prevented fire crews from fighting the flames.

There were 61 arrests in Ferguson overnight, many for burglary and trespassing, St. Louis County Police spokesman Brian Schellman said. There were 21 arrests in St. Louis, where protesters broke some store windows along South Grand Avenue, St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay said.

Gov. Jay Nixon issued a statement saying he was calling in more National Guard troops to assist law enforcement in Ferguson, but he didn't say how many additional troops or how long they would remain.

Jon Belmar, chief of the St. Louis County police, said that unless his agency could bring in 10,000 officers, "I don't think we can prevent folks who really are intent on destroying a community."

At least 18 people were injured and sought treatment at area hospitals, including someone who was shot and recovering Tuesday at SSM DePaul Health Center. The hospital didn't give any details about the shooting. Two other people were admitted to Barnes-Jewish Hospital for undisclosed injuries. Everyone else was treated and released.

Meanwhile, many area districts cancelled classes out of concern for the safety of students traveling to and from school.

The grand jury's decision means that Wilson, who is white, will not face any state criminal charges for killing Brown, who was black and unarmed. Brown's death inflamed deep racial tensions between many black Americans and police.

Attorney Benjamin Crump said at a news conference Tuesday that he and the rest of the Brown family's legal team objected to St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch's decision to call a grand jury and to not appoint a special prosecutor. "We could see what the outcome was going to be, and that is what occurred last night," Crump said.

Wilson's lawyers issued a statement praising the decision and saying the officer, who has remained out of the public eye since the shooting, is grateful to his supporters. "Law enforcement personnel must frequently make split-second and difficult decisions," the lawyers wrote. "Officer Wilson followed his training and followed the law."

McCulloch said the jury of nine whites and three blacks met on 25 separate days over three months, hearing more than 70 hours of testimony from about 60 witnesses, including three medical examiners and experts on blood, toxicology and firearms.

In the first flash of unrest after the grand jury announcement, Belmar said he told officers to back off, suggesting they handle the situation as if it were a festival or baseball game. But the situation quickly "spun out of control," as protesters looted businesses and set fire to numerous vehicles, including at least two police cars. Officers eventually lobbed tear gas from inside armored vehicles to disperse crowds.

As McCulloch read his statement, Michael Brown's mother, Lesley McSpadden, sat atop a vehicle listening to a broadcast of the announcement. When she heard the decision, she burst into tears and began screaming before being whisked away by supporters.

The crowd with her erupted in anger, converging on the barricade where police in riot gear were standing. They pushed down the barricade and began pelting police with objects, including a bullhorn. Officers stood their ground.

Speaking for nearly 45 minutes, a defensive McCulloch repeatedly cited what he said were inconsistencies and erroneous witness accounts. When asked by a reporter whether any of the accounts amount to perjury, he said, "I think they truly believe that's what they saw, but they didn't."

McCulloch never mentioned that Brown was unarmed.

Shortly after the announcement, authorities released more than 1,000 pages of grand jury documents, including Wilson's testimony.

Wilson told jurors that he initially encountered Brown and a friend walking in a street and, when he told them to move to a sidewalk, Brown responded with an expletive. Wilson then noticed that Brown had a handful of cigars, "and that's when it clicked for me," he said, referring to a radio report minutes earlier of a robbery at a nearby convenience store.

Wilson said he asked a dispatcher to send additional police, and then backed his vehicle up in front of Brown and his friend. As he tried to open the door, Wilson said Brown slammed it back shut.

The officer said he pushed Brown with the door and Brown hit him in the face. Wilson told grand jurors he was thinking: "What do I do not to get beaten inside my car."

"I drew my gun," Wilson told the grand jury. "I said, 'Get back or I'm going to shoot you.'"

"He immediately grabs my gun and says, 'You are too much of a pussy to shoot me,'" Wilson told grand jurors. He said Brown grabbed the gun with his right hand, twisted it and "digs it into my hip."

Asked why he felt the need to pull his gun, Wilson told grand jurors he was concerned another punch to his face could "knock me out or worse."

After shots were fired in the vehicle, Brown fled and Wilson gave chase. At some point, Brown turned around to face the officer.

Witness accounts were conflicted about whether Brown walked, stumbled or charged back toward Wilson before he was fatally wounded, McCulloch said. There were also differing accounts of how or whether Brown's hands were raised. His body fell about 153 feet from Wilson's vehicle.

Thousands of people rallied — mostly peacefully — in other U.S. cities on Monday night, and President Barack Obama appealed for calm and understanding, pleading with both protesters and police to show restraint.

"We are a nation built on the rule of law, so we need to accept that this decision was the grand jury's to make," Obama said. He said it was understandable that some Americans would be angered, but echoed Brown's parents in calling for peaceful protests.

About 10 St. Louis-bound flights were diverted or canceled Monday night because of concern about gunfire being aimed into the sky, a Lambert-St. Louis International Airport spokesman said, but the restrictions expired at 3:30 a.m.

The Justice Department is conducting a separate investigation into possible civil rights violations that could result in federal charges, but investigators would need to satisfy a rigorous standard of proof in order to mount a prosecution. The department also has launched a broad probe into the Ferguson Police Department, looking for patterns of discrimination.

Regardless of the outcome of those investigations, Brown's family could also file a wrongful-death lawsuit against Wilson.

The August shooting heightened tensions in the predominantly black suburb that is patrolled by an overwhelmingly white police force. As Brown's body lay for hours in the center of a residential street, an angry crowd of onlookers gathered. Rioting and looting occurred the following night, and police responded with armored vehicles and tear gas.

Protests continued for weeks — often peacefully, but sometimes turning violent, with demonstrators throwing rocks and Molotov cocktails and police firing smoke canisters, tear gas and rubber bullets. Nixon briefly summoned the National Guard.

Ron Johnson, the Missouri State Highway Patrol captain who oversaw Ferguson security during the summer protests, said the community must take some responsibility for the looting that took place Monday night. There were about 25 fires set overnight, and 10 cars burned at a dealership, Ferguson Assistant Fire Chief Steve Fair told local media. A pizza shop, beauty supply store and two auto parts stores were among those burned.

"Those are dreams," Johnson said. "Those are small-business owners, and we've torn those dreams away."

He was attacking the officer ... so being "unarmed" is relative

    Darren Wilson Injuries

New photos of Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson were released Monday, shortly after St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch announced a grand jury had chosen not to indict Wilson for the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown.

The photos show injuries Wilson sustained in the exchange he had with Brown before he shot and killed the teenager. The photos were presented as evidence to the grand jury.

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/1...n_6216208.html

Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson opened up for the first time in an interview with ABC's George Stephanopoulos, part of which aired Tuesday evening, less than 24 hours after it was announced a grand jury would not indict him for the death of Michael Brown.
Wilson said there was "no way" Brown put his hands up before Wilson fired his weapon, as some witnesses have described. Wilson said he thought, "he will kill me if he gets to me" when he saw Brown come toward him.

Wilson said the incident with Brown was the first time he'd ever used his gun. When Stephanopoulos asked if there was any way the incident could've been handled differently, Wilson had a simple answer.

    "No," he said.

Russia says Ferguson violence highlights `massive` US problems

Moscow: Russia said on Tuesday that the racial unrest in the US town of Ferguson highlighted "massive" domestic problems in America that stemmed from Washington`s failure to respect human rights.

"The latest events in Ferguson are another and very worrying signal to the American authorities indicating that it is finally time for them to focus on massive domestic problems in the field of ensuring human rights," the Russian foreign ministry said in a statement.

    http://zeenews.india.com/news/world/...s_1504832.html

Russia, China critize US for human rights

New violent protests triggered by a grand jury decision not to indict a police officer who killed a black teenager in Ferguson have prompted Russia and China to criticize the US for human rights issues and racial discrimination in the country.

Russian Foreign Ministry's human rights envoy Konstantin Dolgov said on Tuesday the protests in Ferguson and other US cities showed serious challenges to the American society and its stability.

"Racial discrimination, racial and ethnic tensions are major challenges to the American democracy, to stability and integrity of the American society," the Russian envoy said.

"We may only hope that US authorities seriously deal with those issues and other serious challenges in the human rights field in their own country and stop what they have been doing all along recently — playing an aggressive mentor lecturing other countries about how to meet human rights standards," he added.

When asked about the violence over the case in the US, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said the case is an internal US affair but no country is perfect regarding human rights.

"We can learn from each other in this area," she said.

A number of US cities have been the scene of violent demonstrations by people who are angry about the grand jury decision.

On Monday, St. Louis County prosecutor Robert McCulloch announced that white police officer Darren Wilson would not be indicted and that he would not even face charges for killing 18-year-old African-American Michael Brown in August.

More clashes have broken out between police and protesters in the city of Ferguson.

The governor of Missouri has called for the deployment of more National Guard troops to Ferguson.

The riots on Monday caused massive damage in St. Louis County despite a plea for calm from President Barack Obama.

The Saint Louis police chief said at least 18 people were injured and more than 80 people were arrested.

Meanwhile, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon called on Americans "to refrain from any violence" and “turn this difficult time into a positive moment for change," according to UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric.

    http://presstv.com/detail/2014/11/26...-human-rights/

This does show massive problems in the US. One of many. Now the question is "Is there a solution?"
