So sad.... I hope that it is Caylee so that they can prosecute WHOMEVER it is that is responsible and so that she can be given a proper burial. I also hope that it isn't yet another poor innocent child lost to us and forgotten by the world.

Ok... back to subject (I think I already said this somewhere...lol) It is going to be very interesting to see how this plays out. I have assumed all along that she was indeed dead. Sad, but true. Hey, they could still prove me wrong, I even hope so, but, I doubt it.

If it is her, at least there will be closure.

This all just makes me so sick to my stomach...I have a 2 year old and just looking at her, I don't know how anyone could do such a thing to a child. It really breaks my heart. SICK SICK SICK!

So I don't think for a minute that the spirit of this little girl was in any agony.

The thing that I am most glad for, is that having a body makes a BIG difference in how they treat this case.

I hope they give her the death penalty.

I find it hard to believe a mother would do something like that to her own child and it really breaks my heart and then the mother discarded her child as if she was trash. Well I hope they treat the mother like the trash that she is and give her life without parole.

This was investigated by the OCSO. It was not Caylee. If you look at the picture of the child it is quite obvious that it is not her. Sorry to say but I hope they find that childs body before the murderer goes to trail.

I agree except I think they should give her the death penalty.

I SAY THE DEATH PENALTY IS TOO GOOD FOR HER. she should suffer for years and years... be put in a room and on one side have all the pictures of the lil girl alive, then on the other side of the room have pictures of the bones and where they recovered the body.. WHY DO WOMEN DO THIS... susan smith did it for a MAN???? OMFG... what man in the world would be worth your children??????? i haven't followed this story too closely.... i guess i'll have to do some research.

Yep Death penalty is too good for her, although I will give Florida credit.. they have a express lane to their death chamber. And while life in prison is awesome , I feel that they still get too many things in prison, tv's. education, internet.. but on the other hand.. The women in general population.

I too hope that is her. I personally don't believe she's alive and I think the family deserves to finally put the precious baby to rest. With that said, I think they're jumping the gun a little here. I think they should have just reported that bones were found instead of immediately going to Caylee. What if it's not her.... I just think they should be running some tests and have a more clear picture of who the bones belong to (or at least age & sex of person) instead of going straight to Caylee. Of course it definitely could be her. I just feel they could be giving false hope, but am crossing my fingers it's her.
