Was seeing where this could end up being a appeal on her behalf cause of the slip up... Its a bunch of bs.

If she did murder the little girl then she should also be put to death. JMO

Last night on Nancy Grace she had a defense memo (that was not for the public to see) saying that "death did occur" and "it was almost certainly due to an unwitting overdose of sedative" and then they eluded to chloroform.

how sad.. if Caylee did die, Casey needs to fess up and tell the truth. This whole situation is so sad and if it was an accident there should have been no reason for a cover up It's upsetting that you hear her mom talk about how Casey never hurt Caylee but then you have other eyewitnesses saying Casey and her mom were fighting over Casey's ability to take care of her child. Just sad

ORLANDO -- Dive teams were back in the water Thursday in Orlando looking for any signs of missing toddler Caylee Anthony.

Just before 2 p.m. Thursday, divers said they found a plastic bag that appeared to be weighted down with bricks and containing toys and bones. At this time it is not certain if it is human bones.

The divers said it appears the bag has been in the area for a while.

The area has been declared a crime scene.

Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla called the Federal Bureau of Investigation once the bag was found. The FBI told Padilla to call the Orange County Sheriff's Office. The Orange County Sheriff's Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are now investigating the area.

Thursday's search was organized by bounty hunter Leonard Padilla. Padilla told News 13 he feels in his gut that this is Caylee.

They're looking in the Little Econlockhatchee River near Blanchard Park. That's the same place Padilla and Texas EquuSearch looked earlier this week without any luck.

Texas EquuSearch organizer Tim Miller told News 13 he's extremely skeptical. He said in his experience there would have been more bones found.

Padilla has said he's convinced Caylee Anthony's body was dumped in the water because of a cross that was found hanging on a tree nearby. Padilla remembers seeing a picture of the exact same cross in Casey's room over the summer when he was in town after bailing her out of jail.

Caylee has not been seen alive since mid-June.

Her family members have been critical of Padilla of trying to use the case for publicity.

I hope its not her but then again I hope it is her, kwim? I wish she could be found alive but I doubt it at this point right? So if she is dead, I pray her remains are found so that she can have a proper burial. This is sooooo tragic.
