She looked sad when she was being booked.I guess she cares more about going to jail than her own daughter.I hope someone beats the crap out of her.

It's so sad what happened to the little girl.
I hope her mother stays in jail for a long time.

I wonder if they'll try to strike a deal for a lighter sentence if she tells where Caylees body is? It wouldn't surprise me if they agreed to life if she tells them instead of the death penalty.

George Anthony is there to testify against his daughter
9:37 a.m. Outside the courthouse, George Anthony's attorney Mark NeJame told reporters that his client is there to testify against Casey Anthony for consideration of homicide charges "concerning his beloved granddaughter Caylee Marie." "George is getting ready to do the unimaginable," NeJame said. Then George Anthony said that he loves his daughter, wife, and son and asked for prayers for Caylee and his family. "This is going to be very hard for me to do," George Anthony said.
Am I missing it,or are they not telling us?I want to know what Dad had to say,the suspense is killing me.

They haven't released anything that was said during the indictment., yet.
I, too, am on pins & needles waiting to find out what dad said.

Grand Jury testimony is sealed and you won't ever hear what was presented - that is FL law not sure how other states do it.
They said he basically testified about the last time he saw Caylee.

I was listinening to the PhillipsPhile last nite & they said, it still may be released.
As of this morning, the only NEW News is
Casey Anthony appeared before an Orange County judge this morning for a first-appearance that lasted less than one minute.
Anthony stood beside her defense attorney Jose Baez.
Judge John Jordan read the charges: First degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child and four counts of providing false information to law enforcement.
"There's no bond on these charges," Jordan said.
The judge asked Baez if he would be filing a notice of appearance. Baez responded that he would.

Don't know about reducing charges. She has been offered a deal 2 months ago and snubbed the OCSO. The funny part is her attorney Jose Baez CANNOT be lead attorney on her trail - he doesn't have the required legal experience - he can be second chair but not lead.
