I got an email this morning saying they were a small business, didn't realize the free sample would be posted to freebie sites, was overwhelmed with 1,500 requests yesterday. They would not be honoring any requests for samples if the free shipping code was used.

I can understand that excuse 20 years ago, but these days when you put something ONLINE, then you should EXPECT the whole world to see it.

Don't put it out there if you don't want everyone to see it.
