Well I guess someone else is enjoying my ice cream bars. According to their website my order was "delivered" but I never received anything.

Well they came yesterday, but ONLY left a book. I wasn't here, but my dh was and he said that they ONLY handed him a book. So, I'm on my way back to the site to see if I can reorder.

You need to call their Customer Service and tell them what happened,and make sure and follow up on the call .
I placed my order on Sun. 8/2, delivery date Wed. 8/5 , waited around all day,"No Delivery", called CS that night 8:15 pm to inquire about my delivery and she informed me that they deliver up until 9 or 10pm at night ,I told her that I don't want any delivery after dark, she said that the driver would call me that night ,never received the call fom the driver ofcourse. I called CS again yesterday and told them what happened ,plus how he missed out on other sales because I had some neighbors that was going to order from him .
My next delivery date is Aug.13,I informed CS that if he can't deliver by
11:30 am ,to cancell the order.

Thanks candygirl, I think I'm going to call and ask what is up with me just receiving just a catalog from the driver.

mine came yesterday but the deliveryman said I owed the entire price -I told him when I ordered the free item $10.00 & under he told me I used the wrong website-my total cost was to be only >06 he asked if I sstill wanted it told him no he said to reorder think I will call Monday and ask them about it. I'm looking right now in my bookmarks to get my recipt

I was supposed to receive my order of ice cream on thursday, but the delivery never came i contacted them 2 times to get results they said that the delivery guy wasnt in my area. So i am thinking then why did it say i would get my delivery. So i got a call friday morning from the delivery guy he said that he wasnt sure what the problem was and he was sorry he said he would be coming by 5 pm that day he did and i was able to change my order a little bit i got a gallon instead of the 56 ounces i orgianlly ordered and i was able to change the flavor to rocky road. It tastes pretty good too. At first they wasnt going to let me upgrade because they said the promotion has ended. So i guess i got lucky.
