    update:::
    So I went in and the seamstress was at the counter, she was like ok so lets try it on, I said I would like a manager I am tired of all the running around I am having to do..he came up and I tried it on and he looked at her and was like so we can fix it, she said yes I asked her to try and it and she asked for you..I then gave it to them..telling them this was the 2nd time to their shop(25 mins away) and I have made 3 trips to the one down the road from me..I said enough is enough, I didnt have the dress for graduation, then I got it and it was wrong, i brought back in again and now you want to try again...I just need to be compensated for my time and your mess up...I told him when you go to a cleaners it should be 1 trip and it should be done right the first time..he said what do you want..I didnt know what to say so I said well I had to buy another dress and it was $25 he said no problem we will mail you a ck..I said then you can keep the shirt and she can practice on it...I also yesterday did 5 different reviews online about them for different sites and used their FB page too....I learned my lesson and will never go back! I just hope i get my check..lol

    You'll never see it.

    And you shouldn't have let them keep the other piece either. Now you have no proof of anything. :O

    guess I have to trust I will or they will see me again down there with the police and I will say they stole my stuff...

    What are you being compensated for and did he give you a dollar amount?
    You should be compensated for the original and the new dress ( which I would have valued the new dress at more than $25) and you should definitely be compensated for your inconvenience.

    Well in person I get very nervous talking and can never think of things to say quickly...On the phone I dont see the person, so when talking it is easier to be mad and get what you want..Since this was in person, all I could come up with was the $25 I pd for the new dress to replace the one I didnt have on time..but your right I should have asked for compensation of both dresses and should have taken the one with me instead of leaving it...but I could not even get my address right in there when talking I was so upset and flustered...but live and learn for the next time something happens...

    It happens to all of us. Afterwards we always think "I should have done this......."

    I just hope you at least get your money back.

    no and I kept calling them after 2 weeks..then they said it came back to us...I was like ok..then he said for me to go to the one close by to me and they would have cash waiting..So I went right then and got it..so I got it but it took some time!!
