anyone else's tax refund get delayed?
mine was supposed to be here on the 1st, now they are saying the 7th... was hoping to leave for virginia tuesday.... but now ain't gonna happen cause i gotta get tires first, lol oh well.. maybe wed

Yes... delayed cause my husband won't get off his ass and do it. Hope you get yours sooner rather than later.

Refunds already...I'm still getting bank statements and such--Investors have until 2-15 this year to get stuff out...

You get a refund on the school taxes you pay? I've never heard of that before...

DH's employer must take out a little too much for school district. It's not much, but a nice little surprise at the end of the year.

I make sure I owe. Anyone notice that you are now taxed on your refund. It used to be an over payment, so the government owed you. Now it is considered a rebate and they tax you on it. I hate the government.

I was in absolute shock when I was speaking to a guy at work and he told me he gets 9k a yr in returns! No wonder our government is BROKE!

We'll probably never see our Illinois tax refund. The state is dead broke.
