Customer Vent
I am so tired of customers asking me how much of their bill they have to pay.
It seems to me this is a no brainer. The bill clearly states what is due and when.
This is liking going into a restaurant, ordering and eating and then asking the wait person when presented with the check how much you have to pay.

They probably just want to know what the minimum is they can pay without getting into trouble. Like on utilities. But people know they expect it all.

I get a lot of clueless people....
When I ask for a credit card number, I have gotten the response "the whole number?" (really??? did you just say that?)
People ask if they can pay with cash over the phone... um sure, just fax it to me.
They want to know why their 12 year old can't sit on their lap during Disney shows (so they can avoid paying for a seat)
I get crazy calls all day long... I should start writing them down lol

I have seen stuff like that for sell. You could write a book, get someone to draw some cartoon-ish illustrations, and make a fortune !!

I get that all the time too! You know the price BEFORE you place the order & we normally give you 3 days to think about it before we place the final order. Once we get a confirmnation number there isn't a thing I can do about it. AFTER the job is all done you want to work-out a payment plan...give me a break...we are NOT a bank!
Insanity is hereditary. You get it from your kids.
