Gripes worthy of a post but not an entire thread.......

Ok, I don't know if this is the standing of boy scouts officially... but, I know there was a leader they found out was gay that they kicked out... the reason they gave is that it is a Christian organization and it goes against the bible... I am NOT saying this is my view (although it is my view, I would not actually have a problem w/ a gay person being in a leader capacity around my child as long as sexuality is not a topic of discussion) and I am not trying to start any arguements... just saying that is a case we had locally.

Is this the situation involving the female Tiger Leader ?

She was a Leader for a year ... and everyone "knew" she was gay ... and after she found mismanagement with the money ... then she was asked to leave. ??? Maybe is has nothing to do with being gay and everything to do with someone "borrowing/stealing" money from the Cubs ??

Hubby has done this every day I had it. It comes back in the general area. (my ass of all places) but now it is higher up. Do not know what they can do. Can you amputate a butt?

Got MRSA in early January. Spent 2 weeks on antibiotics, oral, wash and cream and cysts baths. MRSA gone. 2 weeks later, MRSA is back. Spent 4 weeks on same routine. 3 weeks later MRSA is back again. What do I have to do to get rid of this. I am going to bleach the heck out of this one and see what happens.

Any other suggestions out there?

I thought that once you had MRSA...it was in your system and could re-occur at anytime. I have a friend who got it while in the hospital. Now, when she is admitted for any other reason...she is still isolated because she 'tests' positive for the MRSA virus.

There's nothing more hypocritical as a sympathetic liberal.

Sometimes people are just happy where they are and who they are, it is only when the liberal "enlightens" them to their "short comings" that they begin to feel bad about who they are and what they haven't got nor accomplished.

I always try to look at the bright side of things. We were not poor but rather, financially challenged. We taught our kids the important things like, honor, empathy, character. When they boo hood, I would point out that our vehicle was not new but, it was paid for and had cheap insurance. That left us $$$ for other things. Hubby and I saw the bottom coming. We would joke with the kids on who would have it roughest when it happened. When it happened, nothing changed much for us. But for the families of my kids friends, it seemed disastrous.

I have a friend who has MRSA. He was hospitalized twice. This was 2 years ago & he is till on antibiotics. Said MRSA will never go away & that it will always be in his system. Needless to say my only contact with him now is via text messages. I have a compromised immune system so I can not knowingly be around someone with an active infection.

I stood in line for 2 hours to get my son's tux for prom tomorrow. The company sent the wrong size shoes so I have to go pick them up tomorrow. I told them I expect them to take some off of the rental for the inconvenience. It is just frustrating they couldn't get it right the first time.

I have to take my oldest son to Philly tonight for a 6 AM flight to Florida & I am still feeling like crap. Why he couldn't go down today with his friends I still don't understand. Then again they have been sitting in the plane since 5:00 & still have not taken off so by now I would be driving back to take him off that plane. What part of find a flight from a closer airport in the afternoon didn't he get? He wanted to save himself a few $$$ but it is costing me $$$ to stay overnight at a hotel, gas, tolls & food. Well that is his birthday present.
Youngest one is coming along & wants to take me to Center City Philly but all I want to do is sleep on my couch. Got to call the doctor on Monday.
