This is an update ... My scouts were doing a clean up project and tree planting at a local wildllife conservatory today. As we were totalling up the "finds" ( cash prizes are awarded for several divisions as a lark ) one of the boys shows me a "Buffalo River State Park" Hiking medalion in mint condition. "Where did you find that?" "In a old purse buried under some leaves" :WHAT: "Show me !"
Yes - eight month later and in a park two miles from the ball park we found my purse. Waterlogged - full of mud - but will my DL & checkbook inside... along with all my "little treasures."
Who would have thought ??Laissez les bon temps rouler!
