She's 19... time to grow up and experience a little of the world on her own. She does not HAVE to move back there for summer break. She could get a J-O-B and make a go of it on her own. But she won't as long as a foot is not put down and giving her a gentle but firm shove into reality. I have been on my own since the age of 16. I would be appalled by such behavior from someone her age. Heck, I was appalled when a close friend of mine still continued to live with her mother while married and having kids, not paying any bills until she was 28!
