I am so sad today
I have to get my furbaby put to sleep. Just waiting for my hubby to come home to take him to the vet.
He has been getting worse for the last 6 months. He either has IBS or cancer. They wanted to do exploratory surgery and if they found a tumor to do chemo. I didn't want to put him through it all and we have been treating him with meds to see if he would improve and it would just be IBS.
He seemed to get better than get worse. He finally got worse and stopped eating. We had to force feed him the last few weeks and over Christmas but he started to throw up that food as well. I told my hubby to stop forcing him and we have left him alone yesterday.
The vet could not take him yesterday but can today. It's really hard. Just venting.

Sorry about your fur baby.. I lost a lizard yesterday so I am a bit sad today as well. It totally sucks when they get so sick that you cannot do anything.

I am so sorry! My 'baby girl' (kitty) is 14 and I dread the day she'll be gone.

I so sorry. I know how hard it is to loose a furbaby, especially since I lost one 12/22. You have my sympathies for losing a part of your family.

I'm sorry for what you're going through. Its really hard but it sounds like he's suffering. But I know thats the hardest thing to have ro do.
