Steaming mad from yesterday

This still has me upset. I went to Old Navy yesterday for those $10 sweaters & they had pants on the clearance rack at a pretty reasonable price. Since they were juniors I took size 4's to try on. Unfortuanately they were still too big to the sense that I still needed to wear belts all the way over so the fit halfway. I asked the fitting room girl if she could check to see if they had these pants in a size 2 or a 0.
This thing that was coming out of the next fitting room, who was putting it nicely a bit overweight. She remarked about how much she hated these f-ing, annorexic b*tches. She needs to go eat a pan pf pizza but the she would just throw it up.
It took every bit of strength to say maybe you should stop with 1 donut instead of a dozen then you wouldn't have a muffin-top in a size 20 but I didn't. I was a good girl.
I mean you are the size you are small or big. GOD made you the way you are. You either accept it or change it and be happy but to be nasty because someone is skinny.
Would she like to have gone through 2 rounds with breast cancer in 2 years?

Sorry that you got ticked off by that gal. I am a size 20 but my best friend is a size 0. We joke and say if they put the two of us together we would have an average size person.

I'm probably going to get shot here for saying this, but I'm afraid I would have had to have said the last statement of your post. I think sometimes people need to learn a lesson and perhaps she would think twice before she spoke next time, and also offering her the opportunity to examine what she says in public. Perhaps if she stopped to think about things, she'd realize that she doesn't know people's circumstances. This could be helpful not just in making weight comments, but about everything else. We all learn life lessons, and are never too old to learn-even from a stranger.

I understand & agree with your post however these life lessons should have been taught to her when she was a child. Calling me a skinny b*tch just hits a raw nerve with me. It is such a struggle to gain a pound that when I do I celebrate.
Why dd Rita's have to close for the winter months? Their strawberry custard is to DIE for. The day they closed I bought 25 bowls of it to keep in my freezer. With hot fudge. That is dessert tonight.
