i got a prepay card from my points and cant buy any thing withit i am so mad i dont know what to do .any suggestions.

Jasmine may be onto something, I found this on Visa gift cards. I assume you are trying to use it online. There is more info at this link than what I pasted below.

Online or phone purchases

To make an online or phone purchase, you will need to register your card. You can do this by either calling the issuing provider, or by visiting their website. This information should have been supplied to you when you received the card. It may also be printed on the back of the card.
When you make an online or phone purchase, the name, address, and phone number you use will need to be exactly the same as the information you provided when registering your card.
If the information you provide differs from what was provided when the card was registered, the transaction may be declined.
You can verify or update your information by visiting the card provider's Web site, or by contacting them using the toll-free number provided in your card materials.

I am not sure exactly what issue you are having but, we have received gift cards before that can not be used online.I had to actually call the store to find this out.Good luck!We had to wait about a week once because once the store took our info we had to wait for the funds to be returned to the card.

I've got a prepaid visa with another survey site and I had to call the number on the back to activate it before using it.

i'm guessing the either forgot to load it or activate it? I have had that happen with another company before. If you call the company they should be able to do it for you.......
