I really want a damn cig so bad right now......trying to quit haven't had one since around 730ish last night......feel like im about to flip out because we have crap to do and the bf is upstairs sleeping and REFUSES to get up, so i know he'll be mad once he wakes up and i tell him no i will not take him to drop his car off @ the mechanic for his inspection because i have to get chloe from school too bad too freakin sad should have woken up when the hell i told you to! and after i get her from school we have crap to do that is no where near his mechanic so i dont wanna hear it if he's driving his car and is pulled over for expired stickers and inspection...he's refusing to wake up!

he's trying to quit too but what does he do...smoke fricken black and milds, because they're here....im debating flushing them down the toilet.....

sorry for the jumbled mess in this post my mind is going a million times a minute trying to break me down to going and buying a pack of cigs....im resisting the best i can

Try to hang on. I quit on Easter Sunday, and haven't touched one since. It can be, h***, it IS hard, but you can do it. I was up to over 2 packs a day, and I'm done. Just stay strong and try not to let the stress get to you. If I did that, I'd be up to a carton a day by now LOL

You can do this. If your nerves are on edge try chewing gum or sucking on hard candy. That is what my husband did when he quit cold turkey. Just hang in there and stay strong.

Please don't flush them - plumbing problems are much more expensive than the darn cigars. However, shredding them into little bitty pieces one at a time can be fun. Good luck and stay strong. Just think about how you are going to spend all that money you are saving by not smoking.

Him smoking those cigars has got to be making it a hundred times harder for you to quit. I would make him go outside with them..lol. Are you using anything to help? I used nicorette gum and it helped me big time. I was so ready to quit though that I had any easy time of it. Just keep trying don't ever give up!!

Good for you! You will feel so much better in a few months. My DH said he didn't realize how much it affected his lungs until he quit. He could run without huffing and puffing.

Big hugs to you!!! I can't imagine how hard it must be...but hang in there!!!
Never argue with an idiot. It will bring you down to his level and he’ll win because of experience.

Hang in there! The first 3 days are the worst, then it will get lots easier! Then you will be so happy that you quit and wonder why you didn't do it sooner!

Good luck, you can do it!!!
