    Wink The stand off......

    ...I really don't like teenagers...especially my own.....can someone take them @ 13 and give them back @20?

So as of this moment......the Disney channel is blocked, yes, Disney....the same channel of Hannah Montana and her snippy wise cracking friends........

And...as a result of stubbornness, attitude and a door slam....the door to her room is off it's hinges as she caused her mother to become..."unhinged"...as well......

So here we are at a standoff....yes, she's stubborn....but who do you think gave her that gene?

BTW Did I mention that I don't like teenagers? especially my own...

I was debating to put this under the vent and whine/wine or prayers requested/needed heading.

kinda know how you feel, but i only had 2 boys. my mom had 7 boys, 3 girls. she always said she could handle 10 boys over us 3 girls ( and i KNOW i was not a bad teenager!! ) hang in there, when she is 20 or so you will get along so great and laugh about those teenage years.

I completely empathize with you. All I can say is I'm glad mine are grown. I don't miss those moments.

oh my gosh, I feel for and understand ya. I have 2 girls, almost 16 and 12 1/2., plus me (the other female), OMG we have some of THE MOST hell-a-shish fights and stand-offs, and I know it's cause were all females, we butt heads BAD. Sometimes I just want to tell the girls, shut up quit fighting, if you want to fight, take it to the front yard....
OH, and not to mention, it's like all withen a week range we are ALL on our periods..... ugh.
And then I have my sweet little boy LOL~~ poor thing, what he has to put up with.
yes, girls (including me) have attitudes that flare up. And you just can't end it on one note, it's gotta be bickering back and forth, back and forth. I swear, I can't even get a decent nice dinner with them without them fighting with eachother.

Here is something that should make you laugh. My 14 yr old can get very moody at certain times of the month(or sometimes, just because). Not long ago she had been getting a lot of bloody noses and was also in *****y(pre-period)mood.She was so fed up she stuck a tampon up her nose and started crying for no apparent reason. It is something my older daughter and I will always remember.
I know it really wasn't funny, she was hurting in her own way.If you were there though, the sight was so comical.
