I ordered a bottle for 4.99 and now they have taken 83.80 out of my account, they offered me 60 back, I had to take it, this is crap, guess I need to read the small writing from now on. The guy on the phone didn't talk english, he said it would be put back in my account within 5 days. I guess I will see.

I'm sorry that happened to you... how can you order something for 4.99 and only be offered 60 of it back? Can you report it to the BBB?

A friend of mine bought that stuff for 4.99. I should call her and tell her to check her account.

Anything I buy, I buy from a store. I do not trust the 'deals' that are advertised on TV. Usually the S&H costs more than the item sold!

Yes, be sure and tell her to check her account, it says if you don't cancel within 14 days from ordering it you will be charged every month, I contacted the BBB, it seems like I am not the only one. The guy I talked to was from India, and you could hear all the other operators in the background talking I guess from people trying to cancel their order.

glad I didn't total BS they say it's $4.99 but they take out 83.80 that amount should only be taken from your account if you decide not to cancel

they're all crooks plus they have people that can't even speak English
hopefully if enough people complain to BBB maybe their so called business will get shut down

the only place I would trust to buy it would be ebay

Did you contact your credit card company about this? Maybe they can help get the charge reversed, or at least prevent any future charges.

I've heard of others having a problem with this company.

sounds like one of those free trial; just pay S&H
yes, you need read the terms. If you don't cancel within the timeframe you are charged full price for the initial product and you are placed on auto enrollment.
