My mom had this done recently. When you pay the 4.99 for the trial, they automatically take the 83 out after the 14 day trial. The problem with that is, your trial starts the day that you order, not the day you recieve it. Which is generally around the 10th day mark. My happened to be charged on the 11th day, instead of the 14th, and therefore, she got her money back.

I totally agree with nelda. Please contact your credit card company and explain to them you have unauthorized charges on your account. They should be able to reverse such transactions.

It is amazing how this company is being allowed to do this to so many, you would think that after a certain amount of $ it becomes a federal offense instead of just a misdemeanor.

We went through the same thing. Person on phone says that the two week trial starts as soon as you order it. But it took longer then two weeks to get here...took forever to tell them we did not intend to enroll in any monthly re-ordering...Our CC took off the charge.
