ElleGee, I just read a story in Woman's World magazine (January 26, page 34) about a woman diagnosed with fibromyalgia and her doctor told her there wasn't much they could do about it.
She took matters into her own hands and through a certain diet she followed and a gentle yoga program, she was able to feel like her old self again. It would be worth checking out.
