She said to him you need to stop talking and chit chatting and get bagging faster I have a line
I looked behind me and there was one person and myself and my groceries were bagged.I looke the only person holding her up appeared to be me at that point and I had to pay she was just being a bitc&. I slowly paid. I walked up to her Shift leader who was 2 ft away and said I needed to talk to her.
I told her that what she did was uncalled for and I was so angry. He was doing his job being friendly . I said he is kind she needs to learn a lesson from him and the world needs a few more people like him and walked off.
I would have done the SAME thing, how freaking rude!

Good for you. I hope that she learned something. She most likely berates him regularly, so maybe that will stop and he will enjoy work more.
We had us, we had him, now we have everything.

what a beyotch, I'm glad you said something. That was uncalled for on her part the guy was doing his job and the fact that you hadn't paid yet shows that the line being held up had nothing to do with the bagger I hope she had to apologize to him later.

Thank you for standing up for him, and also for reminding the shift manager that CUSTOMER SERVICE is an important factor in retailing. The cashier could certainly stand to learn a lesson. It's also NOT a good idea to berate a co-worker in front of customers like that.
