    Flame me if you want

If I never-ever hear the name Hannah Montana or Miley Cyrus again, I will be happy. I don't care what news thing you read, there is something about her. She did this, or that. Took a picture half naked, said this or that. The girl is what 15 going on 35?? she needs velcro over her mouth and a guardian with a club to rap her in the head once in awhile. I mean who really cares? I don't. I go shopping and there is nothing but racks of clothes with her name/picture on it. OMG, I am just sick of her. I don't even think she is a good role model for the little ones. There, I said it and I am happy. Maybe I am just being a crankypants today, but I truly am sick of seeing her or hearing her name.

I have spoken my peice and shall go back to cracking acorns!!!

NO, I don't blame you for this...I have no kids but I think as the BEE GEES once said, "FIRST FAME", becomes un handleable..she is SOMETHING, what I don't know.
Money is great, Fame is...but at this age..hmm.
I would keep my kid 'under wraps"..who let's thier kid go half naked at her age..?
I wonder...is it all worth it..?
And her Father DIDN'T know as he claimed for the 1/2 naked shot..UGH!
She is a billionaire, I bet, but I would never let my kid run the show and all the people around her..for shame!
Just where is her FAMILY and HOW MUCH money does ANY ONE NEED?

At last....my love has come around..

I am so glad that my youngest daughter is out of the Hannah Montana phase...we have a box of stuff with that face/name plastered on them that I still need to get rid of.

We do watch the HSM movies but only once and the Hannah Montana show is blocked (thank goodness for parental controls on the TV!)

that's all the flame I could manage and it's not even from me, it's from a tribe somewhere so it doesn't truly count as flaming lol

She has every bit as much "talent" as Britney Spears..
It's another case of massive overkill!
Somebody needs to say, "Honey, you have zero talent!"

I'm glad mine are too old for that! Mine grew up with Barney, and that was bad enough, but since then, they want NO characters on their clothes unless it is Gir, Disney, or something true rock and roll! Honestly, I loathe seeing little girls in the fad-ish stuff like that. I think it kind of exploits them and their own self image.

My DD thinks she is just 'ok' and sometimes watch the show, but she doesn't want any clothes, notebooks etc with her face on them.
