I bought a mesh bath sponge that fell apart a few days later. It cost maybe $1.50 but I am tired of stuff that falls apart right after you buy it or doesn't work right.
So I emailed the company. They promptly responded with this:
Good Morning Mary,
Thank you for trying Clean Logic, however I am extremely displeased to hear that you had a poor experience.
We believe very strongly in our products and take every matter seriously.
Please let me know if the XXX address is the best mailing address and I will make sure to send a replacement ASAP. I would love for you to try some of our other products as well (if you haven’t already) and I will create a bit of a gift package for you.

Good for you!! It does sometimes pay to complain.

Good for you. I complained to a company about a product and they sent me an email saying everyone else loved the product. Go figure.
