Thread: I cant understand why people with med probs(shoulder/back problems) take a job that involve lifting

Me to. I also told them about the meds i was on. They wanted to me come there to help straighten things out. I DO NOT get specail treatment, NOR do i expect it.

I don't ask for special treatment, I try and do and do what needs to be done. I am the only woman in my department and the guys tend to shoo me away when something needs to be lifted. The only reason I am in this department is because I am damn good at what I do.
