I shouldn't complain.............but

Yesterday was my 45th birthday. Alright with me I guess I can't stop time from passing.

Anyway, Aggie knows good damn and well when my birthday is. Also my family (immediate) does as well.

NO ONE IN MY FAMILY CALLED AND SAID HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Aggie didn't make any plans....he did ask me last week what I wanted to do for my birthday and I told him. He didn't do any of it. No card, greeting, gift, going out to eat......NOTHING. He sat most of the day in front of the television playing on his 360.

Finally around 2:00 I left the house, took myself out to eat. The people in the restaurant showed more interest than anyone in my family. Went to cemetary laid flowers down for mom.

Got home Aggie asked me where I went I told him. He then proceeds to get angry that I didn't invite him to go with me out to eat. If I have to think about doing something on my own, spend my own money....why should I have to tell him?

My mother's been gone a year and a half and always made birthdays something to remember.....she really did. It truly didn't matter who you were....she made you feel special.

It never fails....Christmas, wedding anniversary, Aggie's birthday are all within 2 weeks. He receives a gift, card, greeting.

My mom's own sister didn't remember my birthday, either. That's not like her at all.

Glad the day's over with. Aggie told me when he was going to bed that he was going to do something (celebrate) for my birthday next weekend. Next isn't my birthday, he should of said something to me about it, said Happy Birthday.

O.K., I'm done.

I hate it. I am so sorry. Since my MIL died, I get NOTHING for my birthday....she always got me something and made me cake. It wasnt alays the best present in the world(like the year I was 8 months preg and she bougt my 350 lb butt a suede mini skirt and belly shirt) but HEY, she put an effort into it. And most times, all I ask is a touch of effort. I bet thats what you wanted, too......if not, I can send you the mini and belly shirt........

You're funny. Long gone are the mini's and belly shirts. Thanks for the kind words and the offer. Really very sweet....lol
