Don't know where the OP lives but in Texas there is a code enforced that only 2 people can live in a home PER bedroom. That would come to a total of 4 people for you.....TOTAL. Check your housing laws and if they're breaking the law send a letter to the property manager and to the Housing Commission in your area.....and for good measure you might CC a lawyer, too
