Thread: update to Getting frustrated with ebay seller

Auction ended on the 7th. I paid promptly.I still have not heard anything from the seller. I just sent another message asking about it.

I paid $6.00 for Priority Mail I expected to have it by now.

Why wont eBay do anything about people that do this? I paid right away. Shouldn't it be a rule to let the buyer know you received payment and when it will be shipped to you?

I just got an email back from ebay saying that they are going to look into it and action will be taken. I am going to look up sellers information and try calling to see what is going on.


I am thinking I am done with ebay.

"All products will be shipped within 24 hrs from my store here in US"


This is what is stated on sellers items, it has been 11 days since end of auction. I paid same day. I am very upset with all this.

Seller has received 4 negative feedbacks in the past 3 days. Slow shipping, no communication, and not receiving items. Seller is very quick to leave neg feedback to the ones that leave her neg, but cant respond to anyone of the 3 messages I have sent?

I have not left any feedback yet, but it wont be positive lol


Seller has 14 neg feedback in the past month

seller has been a member since 01, has 10005 feedback. it is at 97.7% Positive now. it was higher when I bid on item.

I just got done with paypal dispute. I am just waiting to hear back from either seller or paypal.

I didn't think sellers could leave negative any more. You may want to look up feedback changes on Ebay's site to see exactly when that took effect. I know it is in place now.

The last time seller left negative for buyer was on may 18.


I still have not heard anything from seller, I opened dispute hoping to at least get some kind of communication from her. I just want my money back now. I could have gotten it by now if I bought it of T.V.

Maybe they are in the hospital or had a family tradegy since their feedback is so good.

Seller has many more auctions going on, has left feedback for others everyday. It just one of these sellers that will get to it when they are ready to, doesn't matter how long or if buyer pays more to get item quickly. I am not the only one the seller is/has done this to. There is plenty of feedback in just the past week on this person about it.

I wish I would have looked into her feedback a little more then what I did. I would not have done business with her.

I just got an email from seller saying that my item is being shipped out today. It only took 4 days after I filed a paypal dispute to get any communication from her.

So over all it took 16 days to hear anything from her, and my Priority Mail I paid for should be reimbursed to me. $6.00 is a lot to pay to have to wait 19-20 days to get item, If I get it monday or tuesday.

Sorry just upset about it all.
