Our cat got killed today....
right in front of us!
I was sitting outside in the swing and the little ones were playing in the yard and driveway. Chris was talking to a friend of his. Big, our cat, was across the street at our neighbors house. He was making his way back to us when a white SUV came down the street and hit him. They never even stopped to say they were sorry or anything. Just kept going. He manages to run into our yard and go into the bushes. He died within a minute, if that. My hubby and Chris is outside buring him now.
I've had many pets in my life and some have gotten killed and some have ran away but this has bothered me so bad. I've been crying my eyes out. So have my kids, the little ones. Harley took it really hard, he just cried and hugged me saying that Big was too young to die. Big was just over a year old. He was a sweet loving cat. Like another kid to me.

Tasha I am so sorry. I can't imagine what you all are going through. HUGS to you and those babies. My feeling are hurt for you all.

My heart goes out to you. I'm so sorry for your family. Our fur babies are definitely part of family and the loss can be just unbearable.
Shame on those people who hit him and never bothered to stop!!!Never argue with an idiot. It will bring you down to his level and he’ll win because of experience.

I'm so sorry, that's why all my furbabies are indoors I couldn't imagine seeing one of them being hit like that
