Marlboro
Some months back Marlboro had a promotion, I asked for the flashlight but it never came, I called and they said they had sent it but would send out another. I called today and told them I didn't get the 2nd one either. The guy said they are out of the promotional items but---He would send me out 2 $3.00 coupons--Is that supposed to be funny??? After all the money I have spent with them and that is the best they can do!!!!!!!
Also I can hardly believe they sent out 2 flashlights and they both got stolen before they got to me. I am one mad puppy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got the sleeping bag w/ no problems. That would make me mad as well and $6 off wouldn't be comparable to me either. I wonder if you contact their headquarters they can offer you a better solution.

We had that happen with some Camel products..I ordered these fancy schmancy shot glasses that had Indian (like India) designs on them and they never came, so I called them and they resent them out, but I never got them..when I called Camel they said they would investigate it..turns out my mailman was leaving them on the porch and my neighbors were taking them because I don't smoke so why should I get them? Damn crack whores

i had that happen with a digital camera i got for signing up with earthlink, YEARS AND YEARS AGO. they sent out 3 and they never came... so earthlink filed a complaint with UPS... well i got the 4th one, lmao... they were shipping it in its original box, lol of course they got stolen, what did they expect... i was lucky, the tracking numbers said they never made it to OKC, or they probably wouldn't have kept sending them

I also got the sleeping bag with no problem...I wouldnt settle for the coupons..

I would be pissed too. I got the flashlight and its really nice. I would have asked for a manager. surely they have more items. Or at least they could have sent you a free carton coupon!!

I would think they would have something, although I thought the point of that summer give-a-way was to get rid of the merchandise because they got rid of the Marlboro Miles. So its possible they didnt have the flashlight anymore but they should have something.
Dont they usually have cards and ashtrays and things like that?

oh man that sux........a couple of small coupons no way makes up for the flashlight they should have send you a coupon for at least one free carton
