A friend at work got tired of these kinds of calls, so he turned it on them and started asking them questions like "do you like your job?", "tell me how you got started in that kind of job" "where do you live?", etc. The caller finally got frustrated and hung up. It doesn't sound like this one would be that easy to get rid of though. Good luck.

Look in the front of your phone book for the list of *67 and *69 numbers. There is one that will allow you to block specific #s from calling through. It didn't cost me anything last time I did it, but it's been a while so I don't remember which *# it is. Eventually they will get tired of hearing "This # does not wish to receive calls from this # and has blocked it. Thank You." And if they don't, it won't matter, cause you won't get the calls!

I won one of those telezappers a few years ago and they work wonderful. Before that my usual line was "Could I have your full name and address" Since I have a business and I charge $25.00, if I listen to you I will have to bill you. If you cannot or will not give me your name then get me your supervisor but someone is going to have to pay me for my time. All I heard back was "Lady, you are really harsh" and they hung up. I used that many times.

This is a scam artist, I went to whocalledus.com and it pulled up this. Apparently, they are a pharmecy and they cell web addresses and such

I also did some research and this is a scam thing that is going around,

Now, I also traced them on reverseaddress.com

I'm going through something similar. It started on Monday. I get a call. No one is there. Happened again at the same time on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday AND Friday. Yesterday they called every hour. No one is there. I tried *69, but it says that line doesn't accept incoming calls. I have no way of knowing who's calling or contacting them. Nothing yet today - but I'm waiting. Grrrrr......

    Thank you iluvmybaby!

I went to their website and emailed the division commander about the problem. I asked for some advice about how to file a complaint and charges for annoyance calls. Hopefully, he/she will email or call me back. I really want to get this mess stopped.

Found this on whocalled.us. Haven't tried it yet, just waiting for the next one to call. Anyone know if this actually works?

Anonymous Call Rejection is a free service that makes it easy to block private or anonymous numbers from calling you.

To activate this feature, simply lift the receiver and press *77.

To deactivate Anonymous Call Rejection, pick up the receiver and press *87.

After pressing either *77 or *87 you will hear an interrupted dial tone to let you know you've successfully activated or deactivated the service.

I'll have to send my stupid phone company a lovely thank you note. They don't put a list of the * numbers in their phone books.
