who has kids that SCREAM at the top of their lungs constantly?? OMG my neighbors 3 y/o is about to drive me insane! (yea yea I know I already am lol) The child isn't screaming while having fun, hes just flat out screaming mad about everything! Some days he will stand in the middle of the yard and just scream. And the child is LOUD.

Right now he is screaming because his sister won't push him in the swing... in a minute he will be screaming because shes not pushing him high enough... then he will start screaming because shes pushing him too high...

oooo yess.....my last neighbor that I had about a year ago before we moved was a serious brat...he was the only child and he screamed constantly...I first thought when I heard him that there was something seriously wrong like he was injured so I hurried out to look and he was just standing there screaming because his mom wouldnt come out to play, also this very child was around 6 years old and his parents let him roam the yard NAKED!!! I have a 8 year old daughter that had to see that! We moved! but now I have neighbors with teen sons that ride dirt bikes and what not around their yard constantly, but I guess thats better then naked lol

Get you a air horn. The ones that you see that are like a spray can but make a loud horn sound. Everytime he starts up point that in his direction and give it a short blast. When his parents get tired of pissing their pants everytime you blast that horn and they come over to complain, tell them that's how you feel with their child screaming all the time. Tell them you will stop if they will stop!

Been there, done that and it didn't stop the screaming brats. The worst part is that they are standing in MY yard screaming. I have called DCF at least 10 times in the past 6 months on these idiots. Like when they let their 4 year old play in the street at 10:00 at night. Yeah I love my neighbors - but they are better than the last renters there (this is the only rental on the street & I am the youngest of the homeowners on the street at 43) the last one's ended up with the drug enforcement and swat teams out to arrest them - they were running a meth lab right next door. So I guess a screaming little idiot is not that bad - just wish they would get the hint and keep him out of my yard. You would think when I planted thistle bushes all the way down the property line it would have stopped them - but no they go around the bushes and play in my yard. Back to the plant store for more thistle bushes.

Actually I said that as a joke , I know buttrfly wouldn't do that for fear of traumatizing a child, and getting sued for it. I was just giving her something to fantasize about. LOL

nope, I have my own lil screamers Really though this far out in the boonies who gives flip if they scream or not.

I feel for ya, I do. I used to live next to a guy who if he wasn't out working on a car or revving it up at all hours of the night, then his teenage son would be out shooting beer cans from sun up to sun down.

Thankfully, no. Our neighborhood is quite peaceful. The people who live on the street that connects w/ our street.. essentially making them right across the street from us, anyways, their kids have a band and they play music but it's not too bad.

My friend has or had neighbors like that, not sure it's been a few years since she told me about it. Apparently they would put their little boy outside and let scream at the top of his lungs all day. She used to go mad b/c of it. I would have been drove nuts too.. I think I'd end up going out there in my yard and screaming at the top of my lungs to see how they like it It's one thing for a child to scream when they are hurt but for the parents to intentionally put them outside and let them go at it is wrong.
