Re: So I was thinking...
I'm an almost MIL. My soon to be SIL is a sweetie. He's very comfortable around our family. I think more so than his own. We don't put pressure on him to be the perfect son. We accept his goofy ways. And I treasure how good he is to my daughter. I only hope ther's another one out there when my youngest gets a bug in her butt and decides to start looking for Mr Right.

Re: So I was thinking...
I'm a mil. My son in law is a good man. He works super hard so my dau can stay w./their baby. She only works pt. The only draw back I have is that he has a hard time w/ my other daus autism. He just doesn't understand. But you are not ever going to find some one perfect.

Re: So I was thinking...
Not one, and I am in NO HURRY to be one!!!!!!
Son is in high school (so that is at last 6 years before he is allowed to think marriage... MOMMY RULE
)
Daughter is in elementary, so at least 13 years before she is allowed to think about marriage.
COLLEGE first, then marriage....
(no, you may not burst my bubble... it is my world, and I prefer my bubble of my reality.)

Re: So I was thinking...
Not a mil although both my kids are in their thirties. I told them from the time they were small not to jump right into marriage. I got married at 19 and my DH is a wonderful man sexy, good looking, and a good provider but, i should have lived more before getting married. I realized that i was still a child even if i thought i was sooooo grown up. I still would have married him but, i needed more time to grow.
