Re: Shame on you Mel Gibson
And the Muslim terrorists who blew up embassies, the Twin towers and blow up their own people in Iraq are all doing it in the name of Jihad for Allah and think they will be greeted by virgins.
Since this is about Mel, I will reiterate what I said earlier. As the recipient of too many apologies by a "remorseful" drunk I will take his apology with the same amount of scepticism that I gave my dad and ex DH. The only thing he is sorry for is the trouble it caused, not the sentiment behind his words. JMHO

LOL - I have to go with dv8grl on this one.
Appearently it is far worse to be a celeb making a fool of himself then to take a weapon and act on those same type of remarks.

Re: Shame on you Mel Gibson

Re: Shame on you Mel Gibson
Oh, good heavens-WHERE was that said? Did I overlook it? Just because we are in a Mel Gibson thread venting about him and his remarks, does that mean those venting consider it worse than killing someone? I don't see ANYONE even HINTING that.

Re: Shame on you Mel Gibson
Not here ... just that the MSM has been *all over* Mel Gibson and his remarks while the remarks and actions of someone who actually acted on his hatred have gone almost unremarked.
