Yes. They are coded for "Checker Intervention" which means that it's up to the cashier to catch the fact that they're supposed to take off the price of 5 bottles, not one (or up to the buyer to point this out to the cashier). My mom used one in Shaw's the other day and didn't even realize that it had happened til she got to the car. So she went back to customer service and they corrected it for her.

I sold the 2 coupons that I had WON. They were technically free, but I WON THEM, like everyone else. They weren't just given to us, we actually had to do some work to WIN them.

I sold mine because we do not drink 2 ltrs. Plus, I sold mine for $2 shipped, which is a good deal.

I understand how some people think its horrible to sell something that they got for free, but I know that I miss out on some freebies sometimes, that I really want and that I'm willing to pay money for.

I think the OP is complaining that people are asking a huge amt of money for something that has a retail value of that around $5 - $7.
I feel her pain, like when JC Penny was giving out those NICK-IT shirts, you had to print the coupon from the net, then take it to Pennys & get a shirt, I don't recall if you had to pay taxes or not.. anyway, people were selling those shirts for like $6-$8, now thats too much.

My rule is I'd pay 30 - 40% of what the retail value is., depending on what it is.

I'm glad I found this post. I too was upset at the high cost of the coupons. I guess I didn't realize how much these sell for in certain parts of the country. Sometimes we can get them for as low as 70 cents a bottle. So I haven't been able to find any on ebay worth it for me. Plus I've heard that some people have had problems using them. So I have pretty much given up.

Besides, we have a Ralphs grocery store with a great unbeatable deal on Coke 12-packs this week so I can't complain.

I know all this LOL.. IM one of the winners, Between myself and my daughter we have 36 coupons. I have gotten 9 so far, dd is still waiting. But I just can't imagine selling,, or buying them. jmo
