help Groovy paid emails

For the life of me i cannot get into the site goovy paidemails. I was just in that morning and within the afternoon i was deleted or does not recognized in the data base. I have no idea what i did wrong. I make sure i dont click on any cheat links. How can i find out what happened> i had 6 bucks already towards the 15 dollar payout with no downline. I wrote to billi and no one writes me back. This gets so frustrating to work so hard to make pennies and one day be cut off. I just want to know what i did wrong, or how i can some answer. Thank yoiu

Attention! We are experiencing problems with the site. No one has been deleted, and NO I CANNOT answer any of your emails as I am personally experiencing problems with my isp.
