If you are talking about the 2 yr old girl that has been missing for 2-3 days, Im sorry she is gone, but GEEZE, they KNEW she had left the apartment before, but did not lock the doors before they went to bed.....she got up early and disappeared.......

I pray she comes home safe, but I am starting to doubt it. The bloodhounds they showed on the news couldnt even find a scent outside the apt.

    Re: Amber Alert in Tennessee

We live not to far from Smyrna. Our whole family is in agreement that something just doesn't sound right about this whole thing.

first of all if you know that your two year old has been known to unlock the door and walk out of the apartment, then you put on a deadbolt high enough that the child can't reach it.

Secondly, why did she put the child to bed at 11:30 at night fully clothed? Mother said that she tucked her in bed at 11:30, but yet the last thing she had on was a blue jean jumper with flowers on it? Why was she not in her pj's?

What made her get up at 4am? Why did she wait 25 minutes to call the cops when she discovered the girl was missing? If my child was missing and the front door was standing open, the first thing I would of done was called the police. However the first thing she did was call the child's father, and the police. The father got to the apartment before the police did.

Why would someone come into an apartment with 5 children and only kidnap one child? And how did they get in if the door was locked, it wasn't kicked in or anything like that.

Monday, everytime you seen her on the news she was sitting on the side of a fire truck talking to some other woman. My butt wouldn't have been sitting it would of been out searching for my daughter. And then Monday night she had to go to the hospital because she was so stressed out. She couldn't handle the stress without being medicated for it.

Isn't it strange that the bloodhounds couldn't even pick up any kind of scent of the little girl outside of the house. Those dogs are so well trained that they could sniff out one hair in a big bail of hay. But yet couldn't detect anything of the little girl. Seems kind of strange to me.

I hate to say it, but I really don't think that they will ever find that poor little girl alive, and I will bet everything I own on the fact that the mother knows exactly what happened to her. I pray that I am wrong, but I'm afraid that I'm not.

Thank you! I find the whole thing very strange. My oldest "escaped" ONCE when he was 3(hes now 17) and we put locks up high on the doors. The main back door has a "two key" deadbolt. I didnt realize until I found the links that she was fully clothed, hmmmmmmmm......even if Sophie(my 2 yr old) falls asleep fully clothed, she gets pj's put on.

As for the mother, maybe shes on a sedative, but she is the most calm person Ive seen. I would be hysterical. I mean Id probably be in the hospital under sedation, not out walking around SMILING on the TV.

There is something bad wrong with this story. OMG, our son will be 36 in July and if he was to disappear, I would be a basket case.
    Missing Mommy and Daddy.
Missing my Lady,Dingo, Mitzi and Spud.
    Missing my Aunt Ann.

If we're out late and my 2 year old falls asleep, I don't change her into pj's when we get home. She can sleep through anything except having her clothes changed.

It's sad and I hope they find her. But until we're in the mother's situation, we really shouldn't judge her actions. You might think you'll react one way if something bad happens but you could react in the complete opposite way.

I just saw on the news that they are interviewing the family members more deeply.
