Wtf!
Urgh, so I purchased 500.00 wirth of amazon ctf. off a guy, they were set to exp may 1, no problem, I needed to get so,e things anyway fast, so I used them all by the 24th of april, Ijust got an email that amazon closed my account due to using a stolen CC. I was like what in the world, so I emailed amazon, apparenly the certificates he sold me were fraudently obtained.....So now my account is on hold, I am out the 450.00 I paid him PLUS the 500.00 I have to pay amazon becasue the charges didnt go through. I trieddisputing it with paypal, BUT becasue it is intangible goods, they ruled in his favor
I emailed him, I dont want to jump all over him, I mean perhaps he was in the same boat I was you know, but this is CRAZY!!!! I LOVE my amazon accoutn and use it ALL THE TIME WAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Wtf!
Were these sent via USPS? If so, it may be considered postal fraud.
The oil is all in Texas, but the dipsticks are in D.C.

Nope they were sent via email, and due to that fact that is why they are intangible accourding to paypal, I guess this guy did IN FACT know what he was doing, becasue his phone nuimber is invalid and he is NOT responding to my emails

Re: Wtf!
Do a search of his email and you might find out his true info. I would also contact his email provider, tell them what is going on, attach the emails from him and amazon as proof, maybe they would be willing to help. I'd also file a police report.
