Yes, idiots, if they want to live here in my neighborhood, then they should observe the neighbors and live like we do. My American neighbors do not party and drink Corona's all night long. Where do they get all this money to drink Corona or Heinken's and smoke cigarettes. THis stuff is expensive. There are 7 or 8 people living in a house in my neighborhood and only one woman works and another lady in the house babysits ONE child. Yet they drink and party at least 3 times a week. They want to stand outside and smoke, throwing butts all over the sidewalk. If you say anything to them, they reply..............NO ENGLISH. Well, take your non-english speaking a-- back to your country until you learn or at least want to learn english and PAY TAXES.

I also think it is a good idea as stated above, let them spend a tour in the service and then become a citizen if they still want to live here.

I could go on forever. I say send ALL ILLEGALS BACK TO WHERE THEY CAME FROM.............If they are legal and speak english then give them their citizenship and a tour in the military.

Illegal immigration is NOT a problem for racial reasons. It is a problem for economic reasons. We pay for their education, housing, health care and food. I have a hard enough time supporting myself and then when taxes are raised to cover the costs of illegal immigrants, thats less money for my family.

Illegal immigrants also make car insurance go up. My daughter was hit by an illegal with no car insurance... the illegal was cited and given a ticket. My daughter had to pay for her medical costs and higher insurance premiums. There is no way to leagally hold them accountable for their actions..

I was talking about this the other day with a friend of mine who is a food stamp case worker in Oklahoma. She says the parents (both illegal) have a child or children here in states and although they can't speak a word of english, they know exactly what services they qualify for. She also said that six out of ten people she qualifies for food stamps is illegal.

I tried to apply for food stamps several years ago, and was denied because my car was worth more than $2,000.00.

I am not going to comment one way or the other because this argument is old, but I will say instead of focusing on the problem why not try focusing on the solution? Four little letters V.O.T.E.!

It's not true that they will "only work the jobs that Americans won't do". I do not know WHY ppl insist on saying this. Who the hell do you think did these jobs BEFORE illegal immigrants got those jobs? And WHY do you think they got those jobs? Because they will work below minimum wage and under the table, costing the big man upstairs less money. Come on, use some common sense here, people.

Edited to add: You wouldn't have trouble going to Europe and finding someone to speak english, either. They aren't doing it for you, but for themselves, because everyone knows America is the land of opportunity... so it is now mandatory in almost every school in every country in the world (w/ various exceptions here and there). Please, don't tell me I am wrong, either. My husband went to high school in Europe and even though he was American, he HAD to take English learning classes because it was mandatory... this was 20 years ago, too.

i never knew that illegal aliens could get food stamps and medical. boy, i am out of the loop and so is our system. i can't believe that that is about bassakward. shouldn't they be putting into the system before being able to leach off it??????
