Who do you file a complaint with against Ebay?

I sent ebay copies of the emails with the headers as they requested. The seller refuses to send the MO back so I suspect that they did cash it. I went to the post office and filled out the form to trace the MO. Meanwhile the seller relisted and sold the item. I filed all the forms that I could with ebay and last word was that they are still investigating. If the seller didn't cash my MO, I will be refunded by the post office in a month. If they did cash it, there is my proof that the seller is a rip off.

wOULD THE bbb be of any help here? I know it is Ebay but they are also a business...

The M.O was for $16.50 and the seller is Giftsngadgetz. They do not take paypal, only M.O.

Use that link to file mail fraud charges. That should be a pretty good attention getter that they need to either send you your product or give you back your money. Nothing like having a postal inspector showing up on their doorstep.
