THis is why I don't participate with them anymore. I am always getting emails asking to participate in "polls". Forget it! It is a total waste of time. I had a dispute with my points at one time as well. Hope you get your money. You may want to go to voilition.com to see if anyone else has problems. This website has great resources to surveys, secret shopping etc.

THANK YOU SO MUCH, Freebeemom! I will check it out asap..and it is good to know that others have had problems as well. I had another problem last year with points NOT being credited and they never got back to me about that either. I am gonna search for a phone number to call, maybe that will help? Once I get paid, I am done!

I still have heard nothing. I have received 2 surveys from them but decided not to even bother if she wouldnt respond.

I have been waiting over 5 weeks now for a 2000 point credit in my account. I was told that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get credited for a focus group survey....it wasnt even a focus group just a really really long survey and when I sent an email responding to Lauren about it I never heard anything back even though I now email here at least once a week :(

So far I have had no problems with them sending my rewards or crediting my account with my points earned. I hope this doesn't become a new thing with them. :confused:

I dont think of myself as a quiter by nature but I give up on this program... was great and then went way down hill and I dont intend to go with them
