*hoppin up an down* almost a week and nary a bug or nit in sight!!! YEAH BAY-BAY.
thanks folks, i used the tea tree oil shampoo and an oil i found in the hair care section for people of alternate ethnic backgrounds, and it was a tea tree oil with like 5 other oils innit that helped stop the itching. hey and it made my hans so soft!! well..lemme tell ya..havn't seen hide nor hair *L* of bug since! oh, and been washing her hair in the morning and then shilacking the hell out of it..braiding it and putting hairspray on. it is REALY working and the hairspray wasn't but a buck at the dollar store!! OH YEAH!! an no nasty chemicals!! BOOYAH!! i appreciate the help..i now know how to treat it should it ever happen again..and diggit my freinds child is almost free of the bugs. now mom can wath my kids with out worrying bout da bugs!!

now i gotta get my homwework done tomorrow.. i am so very happy!!!

I use tea tree shampoo in my dds hair and she has never had them things..lol..wont say the word.....lol...but I started useing it the begining of this school yr with her because 4 kids in her class had it and there is no way that if she gets it,will it be an easy task to get rid of because she has hair to her butt and itis thick...you can usethe shampoo all the time it wont hurt her or even just put some drops of oil in regular shampoo, heck we all can you that good tingling feeling on our scalp every now and again

oh yea I keep my dds hair in a pony tail everyday in school but I dont use hairspray on it because she has dark hair and some hair spray makes your hair look like you got something in there....lol

Isn't it crazy that hairspray will help your kids not get lice? The school nurse spread the word on that gem a few years ago. You never saw so many kids with mouse and hairspray in your life! lol All I could think was, look at all the mall hair.
