It's been over 4 months!

I made a deal back in Oct. 2004 with a BBS member. I sent her three vhs movies for her Dad's b-day. I even paid extra so they would get there in time. In return she was to burn me two dvds for my Grandson for Christmas. Well, Christmas has come and gone and no dvds. Now she won't even answer my emails. She always had an excuse as to way she hadn't mailed the dvds. And like a fool I believed her. Why couldn't she have just told me she had no intention of burning them? That way my Grandson who is only seven wouldn't have been expecting them. Some people just really suck!!! She had good feedback too. I guess you just never know when someone is going to screw you over.

Sorry that you got burned.

I've been there - nothing worse than the excuses too. I almost rather have them tell me that they aren't sending it so I don't wait my time & energy chasing it.

It ruins potential trades for other people because you end up losing trust - like twinkiesmom said I hope you left feedback about this person.

I agree! Why not just tell me you are NOT sending your end? Don't keep me hanging on for over 4 months. And yes I did leave her feedback. I said exactly what happened and warned others to trade with her at their own risk...

Glad that you are taking the approperiate steps to make sure that others dont get screwed by this trader, BTW how did you pay, MO or PP, if it is PP you are already out of luck, but if you paid by postal money order then this is postal fraud and a major no no

Sounds to me like it was a straight trade...maybe not though.
